If you are a current member of CSFC, please fill out the following information to activate your online membership account.

Username Create a username with letters and numbers, and standard characters. No spaces or quotation marks.
Password Minimum of 6 characters. No spaces please. Passwords are case-sensitive: "Frank" is not the same as "frank"
Confirm Password Re-type the exact same password to confirm it.
Full Name  
Department, Company or Agency Enter your department or agency - we use this to help authenticate your membership.
Email Address This email must match your CSFC membership email.
